We check every commission number against the issuing Secretary of State or equivalent body before a profile goes live, and re-verify annually.
Active E&O coverage of at least $100,000 is required for the Verified badge. Coverage is re-confirmed at every renewal.
Identity is verified through document + selfie checks. Background screening is conducted annually by an independent vendor.
Document uploads and messages are encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell user data.
